I mean, after nearly 3 months of non-stop work creating and building Screw U plus balancing social obligations, business obligations, and trying to be a remotely caring wife, it was bound to happen.

And if I'm being honest, I felt it coming from a mile away...and yet I did nothing about it.

Ridiculous.

Now that I'm finally feeling back to normal I can see that me actively ignoring all those signs was one of the most detrimental things I could have done for myself.

Which is why I knew we just had to shoot a podcast on beating burnout.
